These are among the tools I've used with athletes for over 20 years. Scholarship and contract totals reflect those athletes' own talent and work. Individual results vary; no scholarship, contract or performance outcome is promised.

Discover the neuroscience-based system that finally makes every drill transfer to game-day performance.
This isn't some earth shattering realization. You’ve seen it on every level. The player who drains every shot practice without a defender in front him… but clanks them under the lights when the speed and intensity goes up. The guard who handles the ball like a champ in drills.… but fumbles the ball and turns it over under pressure. The player who has no issue with catching the ball in practice… but becomes hands of stone when game day arrives.
It’s not because they’re not mentally tough.
It’s not because they lack talent.
And it’s definitely not because they “just don’t want it bad enough.”
And Honestly they are doing the work!!
The truth is… they’re missing something
And deep down, they know it.
Parents know it.
And if you are a trainer, You know it too.
Something’s not transferring from the hours of drills to the speed of real games. The effort is there. The reps are there. The talent is there.
But when it’s game time… something invisible breaks down
👉 The answer isn’t more drills. It is making your drills better quality drills
👉 The answer isn’t more reps. It's more DEEP quality reps
👉 The answer isn’t more yelling to Relax or Be stronger with the ball! or Stop getting pushed around! or You have to do a better job of finishing through content! or
WHILE THESE ARE KEEN OBSERVATIONS. But what about the solution?
The answer lies in neuroscience.

Hi, I am Dorian Lee and in the 2010's, I discovered that the gap between good and elite isn’t just reps — it’s understanding how the body is wired and how to segment the body in regions or zones. When you understand how to improve neuromuscular control of the tension and relaxation mechanisms in the body you now become far more efficient in skilled movements. We discovered that once we learn to hack the nervous system —some of the same automatic wiring that makes you flinch when you touch a hot stove — you unlock the key to making drills actually transfer to in-game performance.
This is the missing link in player development. And once you see it, you’ll never look at drills the same way again.
I wasn’t a great player. I was a really good player — but I had plenty of deficiencies.
The list of things I struggled with was long. The list of things I excelled at was short.
But here’s the thing: the few things I did well… I did exceptionally well.
👉 Basketball related explosiveness-first step,
👉 An explosive first step
👉 A lightning-quick shot release WITH accuracy
👉Amazing body control on finishes
Those differentiators were so powerful they masked many of my flaws.
So when I started developing players, I thought: Why not teach the very things that set me apart?
But when I told people — teammates, coaches, trainers who’d seen me play — I was hit with the same response:
You CAN'T teach those things. You do those things NATURALLY!
My reaction? Bullshit.
I learned it. I taught myself. And if I could teach myself, I knew I could teach others.
The only problem? I didn’t yet understand why I was exceptional at those things.
So I started studying the science. And that’s when everything changed.
I uncovered the neromuscular thread that connects the acquisition of all skill. In doing so I discovered just how interconnected some of my earlier findings-the neurological and physiological mechanisms behind explosiveness — and how players can trigger it on call. I broke down the science behind my quick release — how to be explosive and fast into the shot while still maintaining soft touch. But then I stumbled across the game-changer of them all. And realized that all 3 were inextricably linked to one another.

Piece by piece, the puzzle came together. And I realized these weren’t “natural gifts”… they were trainable systems that every human posseses if they know how to tap into them.
That’s when I knew: if I could decode this for myself, I could build a method to help every player finally unlock what they’ve been missing.

"This summer of training was a game-changer for me. I’ve always been a great athlete, but I never fully understood how athleticism connects to skill. Learning how to relax my body opened up a whole new level of performance, allowing me to use my athleticism in ways that that are more beneficial to grow my game. Most importantly, focusing on my shooting techniques was really important and I really appreciate Dorian for not just doing the same old things in workouts but doing things to help me truly elevate my game as a seasoned pro. When working with Dorian expect your game to grow and elevate!"

"Dorian is different! l've seen his stuff online, but what he brought to the table when I saw him speak in person was something I've never seen before and without question a genius approach to player development! I can see now the gap between just drills and 'reals!' I can now see what we should be looking FOR when assessing skill and what we should be looking TO help players tap into.
